Grey-market hardware can look identical but may carry no valid warranty in Ethiopia or may be refurbished. We hand over serial and warranty records with every delivery.

After go-live we register warranties and handle vendor escalation, and we offer SLA maintenance with spares. When equipment reaches end of life, we arrange secure disposal so data does not leave your organisation on an old disk.
A maintenance contract sets out what we look after, how quickly we respond, and what happens when something fails. It typically covers preventive maintenance visits, fault response and repair, spare parts or swap units, warranty claims with the manufacturer, firmware and configuration updates, and reporting on the state of your assets. Response times and coverage are agreed per site and written into the SLA, so you know what to expect before you sign.
Yes, and that is how we prefer to work. We build software, we licence platforms such as Odoo, ERPNext and Microsoft Dynamics 365, and we supply the hardware they run on. One contract covers hardware, software, installation and support, so one team is accountable if a server, network or application problem affects your users. You avoid disputes between a hardware vendor and a software vendor about whose fault an outage is.
