Alzheimer’s disease is difficult to diagnose early in many Ethiopian healthcare institutions due to limited access to diagnostic tools, standardized tracking, and centralized patient data. Most assessments were done manually and inconsistently, with no unified platform for recording memory assessments or symptom progression.
