We are thrilled to announce that 360Ground has signed an official agreement with the Ministry of Innovation and Technology (MInT) for the Upgrade, Support, and Maintenance of the mGovernment Platform and Systems. This milestone project aligns with Ethiopia’s digital transformation goals, focusing on enhancing the delivery of government services through cutting-edge mobile solutions.

The mGovernment Platform is a key initiative in the Ethiopian government’s ongoing efforts to leverage ICT for improved public service delivery. With over 23 mobile apps, including the Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation (EBC) App, Federal Police App, and Ministry of Health App, the platform serves millions of citizens by providing critical services like water bill checks, student exam results, and currency rates in real time.
Project Objectives
The agreement focuses on two core areas:
- Upgrade and Optimization: Enhancing the security, performance, and scalability of the existing platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.
- 24/7 Support and Maintenance: Ensuring the uninterrupted availability of the platform through continuous monitoring, issue resolution, and system upgrades.
